Please include the item(s), the packing list and the return form in the original packaging.

Stap 4

Receive your new item(s) or your refund.

• Please indicate in the return form which product(s) you would like to receive in exchange.
• If your exchange product(s) has a higher or lower price than the product(s) you return, you will receive an email from us to settle the difference in price.
• We pay the shipping costs of the new product!
• On the day that we receive your returned product(s), we ship out the product(s) you want in exchange to the delivery address indicated in your initial order.
• If your purchase was made with a discount code, you will receive the new product for the same promotion, provided that all return conditions are met.

• Please indicate in the return form that you would like a refund.
• We will refund the purchase amount within 5 to 10 business days after receiving your return via the original payment method.
• The original purchase price for the products is refunded. Shipping costs are not credited.
• If your purchase was made with a discount code, you will only receive back the amount paid. The discount code is no longer valid.
• A gift card cannot be returned or exchanged for money.

• After receiving your complete order, you have the right to return your order within our return period of 30 days.
• Make sure all returned items are in the same condition as you received them, including the label attached and - if reasonably possible - in the original packaging (including any plastic cover or dust bag).
• We highly recommend using trackable mail or delivery confirmation. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse lost packages without a track & trace code.
• The costs for returning are for your own account.
• Returned packages are processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt.
• Packages ordered through a store other than the Donsje webshop cannot be returned to Donsje.
• Multiple orders may be returned together, as long as all packing slips are included.
• In the event of damage or incomplete items, a reduction in value will be charged. We will not accept items that have been worn. The one-time fitting of items is not considered as use.
• If one of your items has been delivered defectively, or you have received another item than ordered, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
